Newman Gallery’s 10th Anniversary Party

Dave and Donna Newman will be hosting a party to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their awesome Newman Gallery in Prescott on July 2nd from 3:00-8:00.  Blues music will be provided by Jerone Wedig from St. George, Utah, featuring original tunes from his soon-to-be-released debut album.  Snacks and libations will also be provided.

Many of the gallery’s artists will be on hand, and there will be a raffle of their work, with 100% of the proceeds going to Prescott’s Granite Mountain Hospice organization.

I will be introducing my new larger-than-life licence plate milagros.
If you’re in Prescott, why not come on down to 106-A Montezuma Street on historic Whiskey Row this Saturday to commence with the celebrations and hang out for awhile?

  1. I sure do wish I was around there. Sounds like it is to be a fun day and your work looks just awesome. I love that hand. Your work seems very difficult with all the dangerous cutting involved and I bet you are verrrrrry careful. Congrats on awesome pieces and good luck on the raffle. Have a great day.

  2. Those licenece plate milagros are brilliant! I love the leg one especially. This is the one down side of blogging-I would be there but it is too far! I would be drinking Rebecca’s hibiscus drink but it is too far! Aah well, I can dream!

  3. Right down my alley. wish I didnt live all the way across the country! good luck to you!

  4. for those of us who call the dusty streets of prescott home, newman’s gallery would top the chart of favorite galleries. the shocker is that ten years have rolled by so quickly.
love your new big as life milagros, after all bigger than life miracles are as welcome as your sweet invitation!

  5. Is that green hand flipping a bird? Ha! Well, I have every intention of seeing for myself very soon–I am in Phx and will make the trek north to admire your awesome work ASAP. I am a gringa who loves the Mexican arts. My fav is the big yellow bird. Very cool.
