Santa Fe Preparations

So, this  friend of mine – who sells those giant gaucho hats, vintage Navajo jewelry, and gorgeous handmade jewelry at outdoor shows all summer -  told me that she was going to do a show in Santa Fe in August, and invited me to come along.  Hmmm, let me think here…

 a summer road trip
to one of my favorite places
with a like-minded, adventurous friend would be a blast…

so I signed up to help her with her booth and hang out a couple extra days to soak in the ambiance, and to squander copious amounts of $$$ at the swap meet, in boutiques, and on mouth-watering New Mexican delicacies.

Well!  She called me up and said that she hoped I had been working hard because she was able to set things up for me to sell my art in her booth, too!

How would I ever have a chance to sell my art on the square in Santa Fe without having a tent/tables/displays/a charge card machine/a car that would carry all that gear???

So yes, I’ve been working like a crazy woman…

…getting a new body of work together.

We’ll be at the Girl’s Incorporated Show on August 6-7 on the historic downtown square in Santa Fe.

I’m  so jazzed to be going to PARADISE with my darling friend, and for this most incredible  opportunity!
