The Joy of Puppies

Wednesday my friend Bubba’s Queensland Heeler had six puppies.
They’re born mostly white, but end up brown, black or gray.

Listening to little grunts and squeals, holding the tiny waifs in my hands, smelling sweet puppy breath…
that was pure JOY to me!

  1. Oh my goodness, they are adorable!

  2. So sweet!! There’s not many things cuter than a puppy,
that’s for sure. So interesting that they change color.

  3. I do love puppies, although I haven’t had one for years. The only UNjoyful part about them is when they pee (or worse) on the floor!

  8. There is so much happiness just looking at these beautiful puppies that are going to need so much love and attention. They require a lot of attention. With Chocolatte I had to bottle feed her for a little while. It was fun. I even burped her like a little baby. tee hee. Sweet, just sweet. Thanks for sharing.
