Couch potato has no place

This year I’ve decided to make a new resolution EACH month, and hopefully continue on with many of them.
In January, I vowed to drink my 8 glasses of water each day. I’ve been about 95% successful, and it really wasn’t all that hard. Cool…a good habit learned in the course of a month.
For February, my resolution is to exercise at least 5 days a week.
I belong to the local YMCA with its fabulous pool, tons of excellent classes, and state-of-the-art machines; I own several exercise CD’s; I have a bike, kayak, and a ping-pong table; and sometimes I accompany my husband, who walks a couple of miles each evening…but I still tend to only get moving about 3 times a week.
It seems to me that committing to a more serious exercise regimen will encourage other positive changes, as well.
This is HUGE for me…and I plan to rise to the challenge!
