Glory Haiku
Wee waif-like flowers
Blazing gems cast all about
Joy among the fray
They,
and their blue cousins, are everywhere…
especially this year, after weeks and weeks of incredible monsoon rains!

this is lovely
OH! I have never seen them in this color!
Morning glories are tough little buggers,
choking everything in their path.
If the would bloom in red here,
I think I might forgive them. ♥♥
love ‘joy among the fray ~ beautiful photography and haiku, carol, xo
Looks like they were made for hummingbirds.
What beautiful little gems! I bet the hummingbirds love them!
Yes hummingbirds love them. They are always coming to visit the morning glories as well as the lipstick vines. Very nice post Dawn. Have a wonderful weekend.

From a duet of trumpets to a full blown orchestra – beautiful.
Can you imagine how joyless it would be without those wee waifs?
Blue cousins? Are these little reddish-orange flowers some kind of morning glory?
