How Cute is That?

Look what I found at Hop Sing Trading Company in Prescott this week!

This little crocheted shrug-ette is made by Subtle Luxury
and is my new favorite ~ proverbial ~ third piece!

It sports a higher neck and sleeves for demure cover,

is air-conditioned with its open weave,

plus it goes beautifully with the Free People Trapeze Slips

as well as other sleeveless tunics…a newer and growing option in my closet.

I often worry about such tops being too short
for my age…
but I feel that this wee cover-up totally works, yes?

And just in time for the 4th of July, too!

  1. Too short? Never. It’s not as if you’re wearing it with nothing underneath (laugh). Your whole first layered outfit especially is awesome.

  2. How cute? Very cute! I’m loving all these layering options.

  3. Yes! I love a third piece like this one, airy and neutral and so pretty. Great looks! And thanks for sharing with Vis Monday xoxo

  4. This is a great piece and i’m loving how you show it in a variety of ways. Your style is definitely a welcome southwestern-breath-of-fresh-air!! I can embrace the hot weather a little easier with some of this inspiration.

  5. How cute is that? WAY WAY CUTE! And, talk about versatile, you are remarkable at versatlity. Worn with the free people trapeze slip is definitely my favorite, infact I think I should take that off your hands, haha.

  6. I like it a lot and you’re clever to layer it over differently shaped tanks and slips. I’ll bet you could use this piece nicely during several seasons. What a great find!

  7. Really! You can top most of your wardrobe with that little gem. Adorbs, truly.
