Palo Alto Shenanigans

Just got home from our trip to Palo Alto for Christmas with Mr. E’s crazy and adventurous family.

We all had great fun,
which included several INCREDIBLE home-cooked meals,
as well as trying Korean and Ethiopian food,

a couple music jams,

acting out “The Wizard of Oz” around the table,

a walk to see Perry, the cutie that inspired Shrek’s Donkey,

a bike ride through the awesome Stanford campus,
before going to see “Saving Mr. Banks,”

exploring the Oakland Museum after visiting nearby childhood homes,
and later,
attending an first-class play in Berkeley called “Tristan and Isolde.”

Oh…and one other thing.
I got dropped off at the Stanford Mall for a couple of hours
and spent the lion’s share of my time at the Free People store…
checking out sizes and fit,
exploring new colors,
feeling the fabrics…
pouring over sale racks…
such a treat for this small town gal!

Here’s my new favorite piece…I know because I wore it immediately!

Free People Sleeveless Tunic
Free People Lace Road Pullover
El Naturalista Boots
BDG High Waist Skinny Jeans
