Something New: Stripes

I don’t usually go for stripes at all…here’s my entire repertoire until now:

Free People Cardigan

Free People Sarape Cardigan

Free People L/S Tees

Free People L/S Tees

Velvet Striped Tunic

But recently I found this darling little summer blazer that fits perfectly and drapes so beautifully that
I honestly couldn’t resist it!

Stoosh Lightweight Blazer

That being said, I went into this completely understanding the challenge of
What can I wear this with?

Enfocus Studio Dress
Naya Sandals

Here’s a little navy dress (yes, really) with red polka dots, but it feels too dressy…
perhaps I need to add some skinny jeans or leggings…or maybe my coral motorcycle jacket for a little edge.

Rock Candy Graphic Tunic
Urban Outfitters Twig Jeans

Then there’s always pattern mixing with a basically blue palate,

Lucky Brand Tunic
Worn Jeans
Life Stride Espadrilles

but my favorite so far/by far
is pairing it with an embroidered tunic, cuffed boyfriend jeans, and my floral espadrilles for that summery pop.
Cool!  I will actually wear this…as in, tomorrow.

  2. I love your last combo. That one and the pairing with the graphic tunic are my faves, but you could wear them all with ease. Your serape cardigan is Gaaa wonderful.

  9. (Squealing like a little girl ….) I LOVE your stripes, especially with your dotty little dress! Such a departure for your usual beautiful boho style, and there’s no law that says you have to dress just one way! Cute all ways. Good for you!

  10. Good choice! Love it with the Rock Candy tunic, too. Debbie @
